I'm not what is called a good Muslim but it's fairly easy to see that this argument holds no ground whatsoever, they are people who represent a religion not the religion itself, setting aside the fact that you might have found some inherent flaws in Islamic literature which I highly doubt, you can't judge the complete religion just by its people just like you can't say scientists are evil just because some people decided to do eugenics.
