OP you have shortface if your FWHR is too big and if you have short chin/low ramus

Based on the pics provided, you would need midface lengthening (ded srs), because it will lead to increase in gonial angle so your face is going to look good and the bite will align

You would not need genioplasty, your chin will be at considerable height unless you're going to simultaneously lenghten the back maxilla and anterior maxilla. -Then you would need a genio, if you're going to lenghten the anterior maxilla only, then you would NOT need a genio

Yeah, I have perfect occlusion and these motherfuckers tell me I don't need surgery because my problem is "aesthetic". I will try go to plastic surgeon, if he will tell me that he can't help me, I will rope on discord live (just kidding)

Not sure tbh.
They probably use similar tools to plan surgeries but I don't have the knowledge of how to use it to predict ideal surgery results.

idk if 3 degrees cw will be enough, although I could be wrong since there's a 10mm downgraft too
