I’m cutting down to sub 14% bf.

-Did my daily activities including getting groceries
-Continued my NNN
-Studycelled just as usual
-Drank 2L of water

The only thing I did avoid however is Gym/morning run/ Elliptical cardio at home.

Did all this without any Reta or GLP 1s.
You gotta be truly undetermined to not get ts done naturally.

Its been 23.5 hours now and the 4 eggs, a jar of milk, a bunch of exotic imported fruits, nuts and veggie bean salad along with 2 cups of rice in the cooking pot are all waiting to get eaten tf out in 30 business mins :ogre:


I’ll need higher tasks next time, I’m thinking of dry fasting which is apparently 3x faster for fat loss than water fasting. Make yourself be in a cool air conditioned environment for 24 hours with no food and no water. Let’s see :feelshehe:

I am doing it 1x a week for 8 weeks. That would be enough to cut down 22lbs / 10kgs (already cut down 6.6lbs/ 3kgs now) :ogre:

Also every 3 days before the water fast I undergo another kind of fast where I only take a protein shake as breakfast, only fruits and tender coconut water as lunch and dinner. This is so that my electrolytes are well replenished and also I don’t lack fibre.

I resistance train the other 5 days of the week along with cardio.

why fast or dry fast to get lean when you can just thermodynamicsmaxx?

If I do this water fast for 1 day a week like you do, but eat a bunch of goy slop for the other 6 days.. would I get leaner :feelswat:

There’s more than just calorie reduction in water fasting. It has much more metabolic and long term health benefits.

Metabolically you are giving a huge rest for your islets of Langerhans by not making them abuse insulin.

Other main benefit is that your stomach literally shrinks when it’s hungry but still devoid of food when you do it the healthy way, sparingly 1x water fast a week. There are fat fucks who get gastrectomy for ts but you can naturally tone down the muscle by just…well eating less often.

For fat loss, calorie restriction, protein and weight training is 95% of it. You need all 3 to have a good body comp after. Miss one and you’ll either not lose weight or lose a disproportionate amount of lean mass.

Water fasting once a month can be beneficial but that’s about it. Anything more than that is brain dead, especially if your goal is fat loss.

Autophagy benefits don’t come from a 24 hour fasts.

Not bad if but why not just deficit throughout the week?\
Fasting this often is a recipe for chronicallg high cortisol and nutrient deficiency
But as long as you feel good keep going if

24hrs is also too short for benefits besides assisted weight loss
 
i eat goyslop food 5 days and water fast for 2 days worked wonders for me ngl
