I’m cutting down to sub 14% bf.
-Did my daily activities including getting groceries
-Continued my NNN
-Studycelled just as usual
-Drank 2L of water
The only thing I did avoid however is Gym/morning run/ Elliptical cardio at home.
Did all this without any Reta or GLP 1s.
You gotta be truly undetermined to not get ts done naturally.
Its been 23.5 hours now and the 4 eggs, a jar of milk, a bunch of exotic imported fruits, nuts and veggie bean salad along with 2 cups of rice in the cooking pot are all waiting to get eaten tf out in 30 business mins
I’ll need higher tasks next time, I’m thinking of dry fasting which is apparently 3x faster for fat loss than water fasting. Make yourself be in a cool air conditioned environment for 24 hours with no food and no water. Let’s see
