25k steps, fasted cardio, albuterol and cialis. Leanmaxxing

So today i did 25k steps and did 30min sprinting fastdd in the morning, also i started to take cialis for the pumps and the minoxidil like effects it has on hair. I am leanmaxxing in a very rapid way due to using 4mg albuterol while doing cardio in the mornings.
Also i eat very low carbs and higher fat/protein
