If ur not in a surplus after the fat grafting procedure are u cooked? Im mid cut and dont want to stop but have fat grafting next week. Im 5 weeks into aggressive cut out of like maybe 10 weeks. If I carry on the cut after the procedure will none of it stay?

You shouldn't lose weight for 3 months after a fat graft IIRC.

He had a lot of UEE too you need to account that in. And no, I don't think this was cope for him. In my opinion he looks healthier and higher class now, before he looked like a nerd who gets bullied in school everyday.

0.25 smv gain at best , also after pic has better lighting compared to before where he took pic with harsh lateral window lighting

To make comparison easier, before VS +2 month :

Obviously not the same lighting, and not the same lens or distance from lens (look at the ears) ... BUT the change to upper eyelids is hard to miss.
The rest (infras, jaw, chin) is harder to assess ; not a whole lot of difference between before and now, if I had to judge by this picture alone. Same thing with buccal fat removal.
