If ur not in a surplus after the fat grafting procedure are u cooked? Im mid cut and dont want to stop but have fat grafting next week. Im 5 weeks into aggressive cut out of like maybe 10 weeks. If I carry on the cut after the procedure will none of it stay?

You shouldn't lose weight for 3 months after a fat graft IIRC.

He had a lot of UEE too you need to account that in. And no, I don't think this was cope for him. In my opinion he looks healthier and higher class now, before he looked like a nerd who gets bullied in school everyday.

0.25 smv gain at best , also after pic has better lighting compared to before where he took pic with harsh lateral window lighting

To make comparison easier, before VS +2 month :

Obviously not the same lighting, and not the same lens or distance from lens (look at the ears) ... BUT the change to upper eyelids is hard to miss.
The rest (infras, jaw, chin) is harder to assess ; not a whole lot of difference between before and now, if I had to judge by this picture alone. Same thing with buccal fat removal.

You were definitely a candidate for supraorbital fat grafting pre-op, but holy the combination of the swelling process + being at peak fat looks so brutal.

BTW I don't think you were a buccal fat removal candidate. I don't see any meaningful difference.

can't tell from results right away on buccal fat takes 4+ months to see meaningful results because the face takes a while to settle and hollow and shift inwards from the mass taken, most people on here do not know this about buccal fat, my results spawned in like almost at the 5 month mark

looking good bro, i think im gonna get fat grafting on my nasolabial folds to fix them, also buccal fat removal changes take around 6 months to really hit, I was a bit annoyed I didn't see them at all in my front profile only my side till the 5 month mark then I got this, crazy angularity from it

sorry I didn't do my research after looking into chin fat grafting it actually mogs. For the chin it's better than genioplasty, custom chin implant, and chin filler

Wouldn't it really just depend on severity? Obviously severe mm enhancement are better taken care with genyo or implants. filler is literally limited in the same level than fat grafting in terms of cosmetic enhancement
