I can't give any details...

I don't want to eat protein cause it'll only increase my calories and i cba doing cardio

increasing calories is good though? the higher your total caloric expenditure is and the less you eat the faster you’ll lose weight

the thing is I don't do anything I just sit at my computer every day, so I burn almost no calories

I weight 67.1kg now but I'm 184cm, athletic (a handsome guy told me yesterday) and I'm also not fasted currently. My goal is reach 63kg, hopefully within a few weeks or so.

Never really thought about weight as having a purpose, should i?

Guess purpose is not to be unhealthy maybe? I had my medical recently, Test was 847 ngd, V02 max was 42, both these are pretty decent for my age

some other tips to lose weight, drinking 200-300mgs of caffine can help you raise basal metabolic rate by 7-10% meaning you could burn an extra 110-120 calories a day

green tea (catechin polyphenols) can raise it
4-5% by consuming 300-500mgs which is around 3 cups of green tea leading you to burn an extra 70-80 calories
