1. D-aspartic-acid
is an α-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins and has a big effect on the release of LH and testosterone in the serum of humans.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19860889/
https://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?paperID=24016

2. Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera)
is is a plant in the nightshade family; its main phytochemical constituents are withanolides, which positively influence cortisol and T-levels.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19501822/

3. Sunlight
The effects of ultraviolet light exposure on men’s bodies has a very pronounced result on the level of testosterone production. An increase of up to 200% was observed in this study:

http://press.endocrine.org/doi/pdf/10.1210/endo-25-1-7

4. Zinc
is an essential mineral, that has shown to raise testoterone (30 mg/day).

https://www.asep.org/asep/asep/BrillaV2.PDF

So the most important factor to increase testoterone naturally is probably UV-radiation or sunlight. Not to mention the many other advantages of being in the sun. Especially when you are still growing it is essential to stay in the sun without a strong sun protection factor. Not going out because you are afraid of losing some collagen is beyond autistic and above all unhealthy in many ways.

ashawaganda yes, by a few percent. D-aspartic acid? depends how active you are from ady to day. Zinc mainly if you were deficient in the beginning and sunlight if you had a vitamine d deficiency

Just take Vitamin D instead of sun exposure.
The sun literally destroys your skin

Did you even read the study? You need sunlight, not vitamin D.

The effect of sunlight on testosterone is not due to the increase in vitamin D, but to the other biochemical effects of UV rays!

What do you think is the best way to increase T?

And have you taken butea superba?

too much zinc gives copper dificiency

Collagen obliteration vs a barely noticeable T boost, easy choice. Sun isn't worth it.

200% isn't "barely noticeable" and there are many other benefits from the sun that you are just missing out on.

Did you really quote a 1939 study here as evidence on the link of UV on testosterone?
Also the link you posted is not functional.
Just because the forum is populated by retards who don't (and can't) interpret and scrutinize full research paper (they only read the abstract if that) doesn't mean there are no professionals who get paid by institutions to analyze and peer-review research studies at the highest caliber.

That's very good, but hard to say if you're low/high T without a professional test.

Vitamin D3 is the other benefit and this is easy to supplement, is there any other benefit I'm forgetting?
200% seems ridiculous but I can't read the study you linked (dead link), we'd be seeing lots of guys running around with 1600-2000 ng/dl natural if true.

I'm sorry but if you are talking about testosterone boosting in your 20s and even early 30s then you are a fat lazy lump of shit...

It's just you not promoting enough with exercise and/or right nutrition.

I am not talking about your nose. The user named Nosecel has/had an extremely negative attitude and you seem to have one too.

Not at all. If you have seen my posts over the forum you'll notice I am positive and negative according to the quality of the post(s). Unfortunately this forum has a lot of poor quality stuff.

IMO nobody in their teens or 20s should be talking about testosterone boosters unless their genes are absolutely terrible.

Most of you are caucasian white, so if me along with many Indian brothers out there don't need it, then you guys certainly don't. Their target market is middle aged men when levels begin to drop and become harder to produce, without intense af exercise.

I mean this as no insult but it';s quite rich as a millennial to hear someone from gen Z talk about another person being "too negative". A little self awareness is needed when the majority of you refuse to accept the way the world is.

I should really delete my posts.

I never even read the OP.

I assumed these were artificial testosterone boosters. Not natural. Shows my attention span is getting fucked lol

Apologies @thecaste

refute what I said you fucking ignorant bastard.
I know 10fold anything you do on the topic, all these supplements are cope. The best way to increase testosterone is to upregulate the HPTA via aromatase inhibition or estrogen receptor antagonism.
