Dad is 5'9
Mum is 5'5

My plan is just gymmaxxing
sprinting
good diet and sleep
maybe masai jumps

and should i consider peptides maybe to get to 6ft+

how tall were you when you hit puberty? its easier to estimate then.

Increase ur food intake mainly focus on eating more proteins

if you hit puberty at 12, were 5'0" that time, you'll be 5'11-6'1". but, it's not 99% accurate. ask your dad how much he grew after 16, or any other male relative in your family.

i do height calculators online and they say i will be around 175 which i think is like 5'9.5

Your diet,routine,and genetics will be the judge of that at the end of the day.

Your growth plates are in your legs, progressively overloading routines for lifting is what gets GH to circulate in your body to stimulate protein synthesis. Therefore, the best way to maximize height is to get as high of a squat as you can before you turn 18

but if you dont grow you can fraud 2-3 inches without getting caught.
