IMHO could be more in length (IMHO 6.3 NoBPEL) but girth is already at the point of being too big for many potential females.

2.5h on clamping so far (5 min, 5 min rest, repeat up to 1 hour, sometimes just 15 min combined, every other day)
5.5h on bathmate (I do not use anymore)

This can be stopped by just casually doing Manuals or any form of PE. Pumping would help in Eq control.

Theory but people who tend to make gains also tend to not stop tbh as there is basically no downside other than time.
