Alright guys, this is my typical day. Most of these pics were taken yesterday. I hope you enjoy.

6:30am ~ Wake up

7:30am ~ Walk down to the other house

8:00am ~ Breakfast

8:30am ~ Morning Squat

9:30am ~ Go take a shower

11:00am ~ Prepare the dog's food

12:30 ~ Feeding Time

1:15pm ~ Lunch

3:30pm NT-maxxing. Practice makes perfect (I go hard).

6:00pm Dinner

7:30pm Brushing my teeth

8:30pm Ugh, more scum.

10:30pm Bed Time. Early to bed and early to rise keeps the T high!

Yeah, I got a ruptured belly button I need to take care of.

I only like excercising for functionality though. I couldn't care less about looking pretty on a beach. I'm gonna start doing push ups and sit ups around the house. Maybe squats as well.

I taught English for about 9 years. Now I'm taking it easy running a dog boarding/breeding kennel out of my father in law's backyard.

Got enough money now and I'm sick of teaching. Waiting till this covid situation passes and the world opens up again. Maybe I'll try my hand at business in Vietnam or something a little bit down the road.

I hope so too. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

My wife will only be allowed to talk to the children in Chinese, while I'll only speak to them in English. We won't respond to them if they speak to us in the other parent's language. We'll make sure they'll be native speakers of both. They'll be able to easily move back and forth between two different worlds.

On top of all that I'm gonna do my best to make sure my boys don't fall into the Asian/self hating hapa bullsh*t mentality. Some people might find this hard to believe, but I always wanted to be a gook when I was a kid. I watched too many HK action movies.
