a diet for someone who doesnt like eating a lot?

Must be sometime in my brain that i dont get too much domapine when i eat so i dont really enjoy it and even consider a waste of time, this is my diet right now:

Breakfast: after morning workout
4 scrambled eggs (40 grams protein)
Protein Shake (80 grams protein)

Lunch
3 cans of tuna with a bit of mayonnaise(60 grams protein)

180 protein grams in total and 2 liters of water throught the day, Is this enough to build muscle and build an aestethic v-taper upper boddy, im just doing shoulder, chest and back rn. i weight 150lbs and im 5'9 and i sleep 9 hours everyday, if not, what changes should i make?
 
Absolute shit diet.
Don’t take the protein shake in the morning, eggs are enough, protein muscle synthesis won’t do much past 40g of protein.
Personally have 6 scrambled eggs w nothing but saltless butter for breakfast. Take your protein shake 3-4 hours later.
Jfl at 3 cans of tuna I know you’re not eating that every day and you’ll get mercury poisoning + killing test levels. Make some chicken breast instead. You can get those macros easily with chicken (and cheaper).
2l of water and working out is nothing, you’re dehydrating yourself.
Drink a minimum of 3L daily and a gallon if possible.
Also you’re 150lbs you’re a twink you need 130-150 of protein max. All those extra 30g won’t do shit.

yeah i think i drink more than 2 liters, water is actually my favorite food, i dont really know how much i drink a day but i fill my bottle like 3.5 times a day, and yeah i will start eating and cooking more meat and chicken

Great leanmaxxing diet. Add black coffee for more energy, replace eggs with egg whites (pure protein) and you're good.
 
Didn't read, eat calorically dense foods (More time/energy efficient than eating calorically sparse foods), maintain a good ratio of protein to carbs (Too much carbs = hyperglycemia) and do not neglect fats altogether (Essential for general hormone health)

If you're young then bulk
 
If u trynna bulk and gain muscle this is bad
