Okay so the problem is with HDAC inhibitors is they delay HDAC 3 blocking maturation of chondrocytes to form into Bone

So this study shows that it altered bone maturation of chondrocytes to form and increased osteoblasts in Spongiosa which is under you growth plate which allows longitudinal bone growth.

I will still experiment with Vorinostat. a better HDAC inhibitor would be entinostat it’s much less stronger then most HDAC inhibitors, but could provide enough to delay fusion my dosage will be 100 mg 1 x weekly

Will do I bought 10 grams way overkill got on the overhype train but I think 50 mg could be beneficial as to does slow down plate fusion, but your missing out on bone growth since it inhibits Hdac3 so I’ll do once weekly. Stacking with Pth and hgh etc

Update I received the Vorinostat I will start prob next week I’m trying to get DNA test and Genome to see if my hdac3 is over reactive. Will start at 50 mg 1 x week
