Okay so the problem is with HDAC inhibitors is they delay HDAC 3 blocking maturation of chondrocytes to form into Bone
JFL I bought 10 grams it was overkill.
“Hdac3, pre- and postnatally in type II collagen α1 (Col2α1)–expressing chondrocytes. Embryonic deletion was lethal, but postnatal deletion of Hdac3 delayed secondary ossification center formation, altered maturation of growth plate chondrocytes, and increased osteoclast activity in the primary spongiosa.”
So this study shows that it altered bone maturation of chondrocytes to form and increased osteoblasts in Spongiosa which is under you growth plate which allows longitudinal bone growth.
Here’s the study if you wanna see it yourself
But
Both HDAC3 and HDAC4 are necessary for chondrocyte hypertrophy, terminal differentiation, and activation of key genes like RUNX2
So if you inhibit HDAC to much you can end up with
1.Short stature
2.Abnormal craniofacial development
3.Reduced bone density, increased fragility
Source
Final takeaway:
I will still experiment with Vorinostat. a better HDAC inhibitor would be entinostat it’s much less stronger then most HDAC inhibitors, but could provide enough to delay fusion my dosage will be 100 mg 1 x weekly
While HDAC inhibtiors may delay fusion but, THEY WILL MESS YOUR LONGITUDINAL BONE GROWTH
THEY CAN ACT AS A PAUSE BUT DONT EXPECT A HEIGHT INCREASE OFF THEM.
The main uses of HDAC inhibitor could be for more facial development or either better memory.
( I might come up with a compressive guide to Heightmax but idk)
