A surefire way to tell whether your physique appeals to the male or female gaze more

True af. Shredded athlete physique is ideal.

But at some occasions/ parties when I get my shirt off, some salty or whatsoever girls approach me out like "Did you hit the gym before you came here?" stuff, although I didn't & I'm not big at all (Similar physique to yours with a bit more body fat, same height.)

I tell them that I do martial arts, which I did in the past but not now at the moment. Adds respect & interest for both genders.

What is your opinion on Trevor Signorino's physique? Is it ideal?

Being associated with bodybuilding is tryhard, while looking athletic is envyable.
Sprezzatura is everything.
You need to look genetically fit, and like a guy that takes care of himself. Not a tryhard gymrat whose entire life revolves around going to the gym and looking bigger than other guys.

Yes, plausibility is the key with physique

You worded it as a geneticaly fit, I like to call it hunter-like, we could call it athlethic, it all means the same. Lean with some muscle but not too much. Look like you are strong but also fast and agile

For women, being bigger depends on two factors anyways, height and dick size. They don't care about buff manlets

Is to notice what guys and girls say when they notice it.

If they overwhelmingly ask things that are associated with bodybuilding, like
“Are you a bodybuilder”
“Are you on a diet / do you only eat chicken - rice”
“How much do you bench”

You are seen as a tryhard and mostly appeal to the male gaze, probably you are too buff

While if you get remarks like
“What sport do you play”
“Are you competitive in x y sport”
anything pointing towards you just doing some sport and being athletic, chances are people think you are genetically fit, you appeal to the female gaze.

Being associated with bodybuilding is tryhard, while looking athletic is envyable. You want people to think you do athletics, some combat sport, a team sport or perhaps swimming, even if you don’t.

Being lean with some muscles is life, you need to look like a good hunter, like males were supposed to be.

Strength training + sprinting + lots of cardio = ideal male physique
A lot of it is ratios.

I.e your shoulders should be 1.6 x your waist, arms 2.5x larger than non dominant wrist etc.

I think someone like Kinobodies physique is ideal.

Yes, there are many roads you can take to reach the same logical end point.
Once you look around you, anyone with half a brain will draw the same conclusion regarding what body type is most attractive to young women.

I'll repost something I posted some time ago in a thread with a similar topic.

Attraction stems from evolutionary psychology.
Traits that are attractive are so because they indicate good genetic quality; what is genetic quality? Things that make it easier for the human species to triumph in nature; women prefer the men who display certain specific characteristics because evolution equipped their brain with the neural patterns that lead them to pass on those traits.

Now let's have a look at two specimens.
Ogre: 6'5, Wide and powerful frame, High Bodyfat, Unattractive Face.
Prettyboy: 6'0, Slender and lean frame, Low Bodyfat, Attractive Face.

What do those specimens signify? Ogre's size and strength makes him good at lifting heavy things and fighting smaller male specimens. However, do you think early humans really needed all that? No. You can't fight a bear no matter how strong you are. You can't get your family food by beating up other human males, not on the long run. Prettyboy's physique allows him to hunt, run, swim and chase prey. His face signifies good breathing, strong healthy teeth, a lack of imbalance in his genetic makeup.

You can see why women prefer the latter. It's not about who beats up who. It's about what the two men's appearance signifies from an evolutionary standpoint, and in evolution, it is not the STRONG who succeed, it is the ADAPTABLE. Humankind's strength does not lie in brute force because we simply have not evolved that way.

Reality itself proves you wrong: most women simply are not that into mascmaxxed ogres as you seem to think. As a matter of fact, women have never been more free to choose their mate as they are in the 21st century since they can make their own money and don't have to rely on a man to survive.

why lmao.

5.25-5 PSL is quite above average for sure but 6'3 isn't insanely tall in Western Europe. I'm doing well, even only by looks, but I need to looksmax to ascend my best version.

OP is probably around/over 6 PSL, 6'3 and still tries shit tonnes of new methods to improve looks. He is trying to ascend to his best version.
