I just got finished with my cource of accuatne but im left with PIE not really deep pit holes just red pie i use the ordinary azelic acid i think 10% but idk if its doing anything fast what do you reccomend

upping it to 15% or 20%, PIE will heal by itself if you avoid irritation and keep the skinbarrier well. Azeliac acid will help out alot. moisturizer + spf aswell

my current care is the azelic than Dr.althea 345 cream i went around on accutane i first used the vani cream moisture than beef tallow but i heard dr althea was good for pie so thats what i been using, what azelic brand do you reccomend

sounds good, any brand works I use niche beauty lab since anything above 10% is prescription based where im at but this is 15% but im waiting for a restock from my source to get my hands on 20% just about anything will work 10% is quite weak though.
