Acne scarring on shoulders

Went on accutane around a year ago and thankfully it fixed my acne, however it left me some small spots on my shoulders. They are pretty small (think the size of the average pimple), slightly bumpy and white in colour.
I don't have enough money for a dermatologist right now.
What do you guys suggest? Does anyone have any experience with something similar?

I have the same problem, it is much more visible if you pull/stretch the skin a bit. (for me it is also on the shoulders and the back). But to be honest, while living with my ex girlfriend, she didn't notice it in 4 years. It is really no big deal.

As a solution I would try derma stamper (better than derma roller), as they get very good results for scars.
