OP, I don't say this to be unkind - but it's important to point out that this type of result, particularly involving orbital box osteotomy for aesthetic reasons, appears to fall outside the realm of established facial harmony.

A 72mm IPD is unusually wide, and when paired with a wide mid-face region, it can create a stretched, doll-like appearance that disrupts natural balance. If you're happy with the outcome, then that's great - but I definitely think others should remain cautious. It is very easy to "fix" one issue by creating an entirely new imbalance. Not every 'after' is better simply because it is more dramatic.

Most surgeons would consider OBO as a last resort for congenital deformities, not a go-to for cosmetic refinement. No one should take this surgery lightly.

The great thing about hypergamy is that there will be a long overdue correction in the number of subhumans being born. I haven't opened this thread in months. Have surgeons been able to expand the ICD? I thought its endpoints were anchored to the width of the maxilla, so it never really changes. He might have messed up his IPD/ICD or PFL/ICD (true ESR) and make himself look like One Piece character.

I can’t be assed to painstakingly go through this entire thread again but I’m pretty sure cosmic said (or at least implied) that his goal was to become a “wide faced tall skull mogger”. So drastically increasing the ipd would in theory contribute to that, idk

I agree that looking only at measurements only is retarded. When you look at attractive people, none of them have the same measurements; they all vary, IPD especially. True. But if you know basic facial measurement statistics, going from a 65mm IPD, which is right in the median range of where almost every conventionally attractive male model and actor lie, to a 72mm IPD, which is deformed fetal alcohol hypertelorism tier, is fucking ridiculous.

It's just not possible to make that IPD work proportionally as the human eyeball is too small (it barely varies in size) to fill in the amount of PFL needed to make the eyes one-to-one at 72mm. You'd need De Poot's already uncanny reptile-like scleral PFL combined with Gandy's monstrous medial canthus to create an inhuman 36mm PFL to make something like that work. Which from what I know, has yet to happen outside of heinous deformities. The human eye is just simply too small too fill the volume of that large & wide of an orbit.

Iris method. Iris, along with the eyeball, is the part of the body that varies the least in terms of size. For Caucasians', 99.9% lie between 12-13mm in diameter. You'd have to have a deformity or foreign ancestry to lie outside of this.

(Fun little fact: West Africans average only 10mm for iris diameter, which is why they generally look like they have huge PFL, when in reality it's just their small iris making their horizonal scleral show wider)

And yeah yeah yeah, in before you scold me, I know, of course it's not 100% accurate. There is a small degree of variance, but I found that you will generally get within 2mm of the true measurement. I tested this on my 60mm IPD self and was surprised with the accuracy. It was always 1mm off higher or lower at most. For Gandy, on various photos I consistently got between 67-69mm

So unless his Irises are deformedly large and above 13mm (or small), he seems to be around that range.

The main limit of this are the temples and ears position. True, but sometimes the problem on top of having too narrow of a splanchnocranium & orbits is also that the neurocranium and lateral parts of the skull itself are too wide, which in that case, getting an OBO in tandem with temple and zygomatic shaving would be ideal.

Again, to beat the dead horse (pun hehexd), for someone like Charlie Kirk, OBO alone wouldn't be enough. His skull is too wide and bobblehead-like. He'd need reduction to his zygomatic and temporals to look normal — especially counting in the further widening that will come with an OBO.

True. Doing this in primordial 2021 is incredibly commendable, with OBO being an even more unknown frontier than it is now. But still, just knowing basic measurement percentiles should tell you that widening your IPD beyond 70mm is just silly.

All aside, big kudos to Cosmic for doing this; being the guinea pig so other desperate cyclopes and dolphins can navigate this foggy department of plastic surgery just a little bit better.
