I never said any of those countries are White, nor did I claim that are entire places or tribes full of literal Übermensch Aryans living there, for sure there are darkies, it depends on the range of pheno variety of those places. what I said is that there are indeed Whites there, and not anything else. and I think you're getting fuzzled by terminology and drowning in your semantics. White refers to 'color' in general, and it's ascribed to Europeans, because, well (at least before immigration) they are not 'dark' or 'yellow'? it isn't term for race at all, it's more of a link by the general trait it describes. Europeans are Europeans, and so phenotype varies by country. you don't see someone calling x country non-White or non-Aryan because they are not y country (say Germany) that's nonsense and how semantics are stepping in our conversation creating a barrier.
