Advice for Lower Third

Aquring a top tier lower third with surgery could ascend me to 6psl
Also need Rhino and Zygos tbh

My lower and upper jaws are not recessed but not as protruding as ideal

What methods should I use?
MSE/MSDO/FP - > Double Jaw - > Custom Implants

Would be my route to go
