To put it simply (speaking from my experience) I see soo many guys today irl and on social media who are constantly falling for the
Bulking/Mass = better meme and it always amuses me to see because in the back of my mind its as tho im witnessing my competition
gradually dwindle.
What especially inspired me to make this rant/thread is that I came across a video earlier this week from Rehab Room and Tails which talked
about this phenomena as well basically how more and more men are continuing to fall victim to the male gaze of looksmaxxing/Gym and
rather than trying to appear as youthful and I guess "prettyboy esque" as they can to women they are all becoming ogres instead.
The only really important Muscle groups you need imo to look Aesthetic and appear to the female gaze are
1. Shredded Lats dont even need a Gym Membership for this either basically just spam Wide Grip Pull Ups till failure
2. Huge Triceps For this you will probably see best results in the Gym with Close Grip Bench and things like Skull Crushers etc
3 Huge Delts/Shoulders The importance of this Muscle is too obvious to even elaborate on lol
4 Wide/Thick Neck By far the most underrated Looksmax for men to this day and even better most normies I know completely forsake it and
overlook the importance of how much appeal it adds to your Aesthetic
5 Abs Obvious
If you are a guy with all of these Muscle groups maximized and are at least average you will get attention from women because automatically
you stand out among all the other normies and try hard gymrats because your physique basically says "yes I workout but im not a meathead"
Women hate tryhards and guys who seem like they are doing too much.Your Aesthetics have to appear effortless
