Against Stress, Trust in myself helps. I cannot explain it to you though, thats why this thread is for me. But okay example: If i have to Clean my room and Nurses want to Look at it later, i then dont Clean it If i dont feel Like it, and Just do nothingand i Trust that before the deadline i will get a feeling to Clean it. You See its hard to explain
