From a specific scholarly journal ~7-8 years ago, it discussed specifically a testosterone spike on the 7th day of abstinence, and then an immediate drop back to baseline at the end of that day.

I just connected the dots after doing research into androgen receptors and the fact 'testosterone' in itself is just information that NEEDS to be processed by something. Androgen receptors are that thing. Ejaculation appears to weaken or outright temporarily disable their function.

Its a .gov page it can’t be retracted without a court order. A congress order has never been bias and attempts to to even bribe them will result in jail time and being exposed and its happened before. The information was just simply inaccurate/mis understood/misinterpreted and new information was put in.

I used to intermittent fast for excess HGH. I'd eat 2 days worth of my diet food in one day and then only drink water the next day.
Too much effort for me tbh, i'm very lazy. But fasting is a great way to stimulate bone remodeling at a faster rate, if you want SUPER fast results. I'd recommend fasting on exercise days, obviously. It would make no sense to fast on eating days but then eat on exercise days.

But remember to do RIGHT before bed, so you've already had dinner a decent while before hand. This in addition to relaxing all your pelvic muscles in bed, if you feel the need to use the bathroom at any point, it's probably ideal to do it immediately you feel the urge.

Do you sleep on a hard surface as well or still on a mattress? If I don't use a pillow my neck is just hanging there which can't be ideal. Even when using my hand as support it's not nearly comfortable enough to sleep. Maybe its easier withought using a mattress?

You have to understand that your body developed congruent to the beds you've slept on since birth, assess that your ancestors that slept on grass had their bodies develop differently. It's already mentioned in the original post of this thread that the reason long-term abstinence is dangerous objectively, is because there is no widespread awareness of the simple fact that:
any and all erectile-arousal automatically generates semen in the prostate.
When people are unaware of this then there are insane implications for engaging in activities like no-fap/no-nut-november.

I never really postulated grey hair, to tell you the truth.
I may look into it later to better try and get a more informed assessment.
Some keywords i'm already considering researching include the biological differences between the spectrum of different hair colours etc
But again, I have no real frame of awareness on 'greying' right now.

But of course, if you are awared on the aforementioned biological function of the prostate, then you can simply expel the semen manually to mitigate build-up. Unfortunately, I have found that your prostate stops generating semen at some point, the generation process isn't eternal. Hypothetically, your prostate only generates enough semen for a set number of 'ejaculations'.
I assume this is around 3, this is why minimizing arousal as much as possible is ideal here. I am completely unaware of what occurs in the prostate after it's daily 'set amount' of semen has been generated and expelled. I assume it just uses whatever materials it still has available to try and create semen- but it probably isn't healthy to have some kind of 'malformed semen' in your prostate.

Light addition I neglected to disseminate. This is another hypothesis relating to testicular cancer.

Potty training does not only have the degenerative effects i've discussed in the main thread, there is a form of 'passive action' on the pelvic and lower abdominal muscles: the subconscious 'waste restricting' muscle action -gained from potty training in humans- also appears to 'constrict' specific organelles in the testicles and this, sometimes, appears to create a visible 'bump' on the testicle.

I believe that this 'bump' may not 100% of the time convert into testicular cancer, but it is the direct precursor.
To remedy this, I 'push out' my pelvic muscles and abdomen muscles simultaneously for long periods of time, while standing.

Again, this is me trying to artificially mitigate the effects of childhood potty training. Ideally, humans establish a better solution to waste removal than potty training/diapers. I mean a fucking waste-vaporizing underwear if necessary. But this potty training practice is so insanely degenerative to the human biology that it's actually difficult to fully extrapolate for you here.

In reference to my remedy, the 'bump' goes away after about ~10 minutes of holding the aforementioned position. I truly just try to maintain this posture all the time to tell you the truth which is why I stay stood up as much as possible (But I try not to remain static while standing because static standing causes long-term swelling in the legs and worse, ulcers from this swelling).

I never really postulated grey hair, to tell you the truth.
I may look into it later to better try and get a more informed assessment.
Some keywords i'm already considering researching include the biological differences between the spectrum of different hair colours etc
But again, I have no real frame of awareness on 'greying' right now.

@tinderhacker It MIGHT be related to being 'within' the 7 days too much over the course of your life, this was mentioned in the original post in relation to being a primary causing factor behind biological degeneration.
