This is pretty funny, but they're right. This is theory crafting based on anecdotal evidence.
Someone actually has to try this out on an full scale experimental level to vindicate the information.

To do that it would be pretty straight forward.

  • buy a chastity cage about as large as your flaccid penis

  • make sure all your androgens are recovered, as mentioned early in this thread, and stay recovered during the duration of this experiment

  • watch porn, the chastity cage locks your penis in the size of your flaccid penis

  • maintain this 'non-erection' erection for ~10 minutes or something similar

  • stop watching porn and de-erect so you are flaccid,

  • remove cage till you do this again every ~7(?) days

  • expel semen from prostate

  • do the high hgh exercise regimen I recommended or 24 hour fasting regimen, or both

  • do this for ~6 months

  • measure

  • if the cage gets tighter on your flaccid penis during the 6 month period, then obviously this is working for you, but you also need to get a bigger cage for this 'restriction exercise'

Regarding to the topic of semen expulsion

How come monks don't get Prostate issues?? Only coomers get prostate problems not retainers what are you talking about?? Prostate automatically expels semen, it's gets reabsorbed in the body.

In my experience the prostatic fluid (semen) essentially degrades quickly in the first 24 hours of generation, and the residual fluid cakes into the prostate organ if not expelled.

Semen building up in the prostate over weeks, months to years will give you, prostate hypoplasia, or worse: prostate cancer

So how do i expel it from prostate with out ejaculation??

Go to the toilet and squat over it like you're going to do a poop, but instead of using the rectal muscles to release the poop , push it out with the lower abs muscles right above the penis.

Done correctly, you will literally see all the semen squeeze out of the penis.

There's evidence to support this as an athlete (cant remember who) reportedly grew around 20cm from it

I've done little research into resistance bands, or spinal stretching/decompression. I've done little research into height entirely beyond the research about growth-plate closure.

Obviously the body uses important vitamins and nutrients to chemically generate semen during an erection, so ideally, you avoid getting aroused unless you are actually having sexual intercourse to ejaculation.

Yet, the most common vitamin C rich foods effectively completely ravage your teeth entirely unless you brush excessively after immediate consumption.

I am essentially using this basic assessment to imply that; I believe that we did not acquire our vitamin C from fruits, rather, we acquired it from eating raw animals. Where 'we don't produce vitamin C' is essentially the 'go-to' proof of herbivorism when it comes to scientific literature, i've essentially invalidated based on this minor logical discrepancy.

Light correction on what I mentioned about estrogen

Yam is highly estrogenic, not estrogen free, like white rice.
This was an immense misreading on my part while researching vegetables that actually lack significant phyto-estrogen content.

I'm pretty sure white rice doesn't have the bran that brown rice does, white rice seems to be pretty much pure carbs. I myself don't eat carbs anymore. Full carnivore.

On hydration and potty training
Whats the thinking behind "stay very hydrated throughout the whole day except before sleeping" aren't you only supposed to drink when you're thirsty? that's what hunter gatherers would do, no?
Yeah, this is just telling you that the conscious 'waste restriction' from potty training is a very serious factor here when it comes to hydration. For all intents and purposes, consider potty training to be completely sexually & biologically degenerative. The continuous water drinking can aid in allowing your body to be more relaxed in excreting waste as you will begin to have to pee more often, it'll help you consciously keep your bladder-holding muscles more relaxed.

im tryna grow taller and one strange method ive thought of is microneedling the growth plates and then applying some anabolic substance (like aminos). what else do u think i could apply?

I have little research into height growth, the only assessment I've made on height is that homo sapien height is most ideal within a spectrum between 6'3 and 6'6.

Taller than this appears to become detrimental to human health (skeletal problems) and overall potential (center of gravity, caloric needs for growth & survival, power, absolute speed & explosiveness).

While shorter than this 'golden range' is a simply smaller-scaled human, with a proportionally smaller physical capability but on equivalent levels of 'physical efficacy' relative to their height;
Essentially, the scale of 'ideal activity' is from ~5'8 to 6'6.

Anything taller and your own physicality becomes 'alien'/'unrecognizable' to your own evolutionary DNA and less 'proportionally effective'/'mechanically human'.

Your body reaches a level of development that can generate certain hormones and chemicals at a magnitudinally advanced scale. This is generally in the early teens, but subject to change earliness/lateness relative to epigenetic conditions (environment, diet, biological stress from physical activity, biological degeneration from premature sexual activity). <------- This is your answer

Puberty as a concept doesn't really exist, but if you want to quantify it by my aforementioned factors, it doesn't end.
 
An amendment to my assessment on the prostate

This is a new amendment based on new perspectives of the information, the facts are that the prostate goes into semen production immediately during an erection/arousal.

The new issue I have assessed- that I had not assessed before is that the factor of morning wood/sleep erections is far worse than I originally postulated, the semen that stays in the prostate doesn't just settle, it literally begins to cake into the prostate immediately if not expelled within ~1 hour.


This means semen expulsion needs to be done as early in the day as possible from when you wake up because of your potty training induced sleep-erections/morning wood.

Compare it to your hypothesis, weigh them by veracity and depth.

It's a lot easier for scientists who are actually paid to find and test this stuff in real time.

MINOR FIX to the regimen for 'facial hypertrophy exercises'
(PLEASE READ)


I have decided to change the regimen from holding the position for 8 minutes every 2 weeks, to 7 minutes every FOUR DAYS. I calculate this based on the time it seems to take for the muscles in the (non-mandibular) face to atrophy after hypertrophy.
I only started doing the 8 minutes every 2 weeks stuff very recently due to my own fatigue, but 7 minutes every FOUR DAYS has been what has gotten me optimal growth for the past 2 years.

I work out my malaris muscle for 10 minutes every day and my orbital oculi for 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
I assumed facial muscles would become โ€œpermanentโ€ after a while since we are constantly moving them like chewing muscles, so it's kind of hard for them to atrophy.

If you worked out in the gym and stopped working out, of course you'd noticeably decrease in size, but you wouldn't be the same size as before ever hitting the gy

I did the facial exercise route ; itโ€™s harder, but it lets you learn how to fully control that muscle group and work it out.

The exercises i've shown in picture form are simply holding a combination of most natural facial movements simultaneously, for an extended duration.
When it comes to hollow cheeks, the attractiveness behind them comes from the zygomatic bone mass stretching the skin from the mandibular bone mass, this is why when you drop body fat you can see hollow cheeks. But also why you should be able to see hollow cheeks regardless if you have correctly formed bone mass.

I think the main reason for "unnatural erections/arousal" isn't the modern age like you said where you have half naked girls twerking wherever you go, I think this would come with having the human mind and being conscious of everything and being able to formulate thoughts. Grass + dirt is pretty soft and comfortable to sleep on, so this is where they probably did, so maybe try a thick duvet laid on the floor or a very very thin mattress.

The strict curl-to-a-90 degree hold exercise that I detailed in the first post applies mechanical stress on the entire arm. The armwrestlers I showed you extensively practice curls, Denis Cyplenkov is the 2015 strict curl champion, but also widely regarded, at his prime, as the greatest arm-wrestler of all time.

Height is also not entirely genetic, but obviously predisposed to existing genetics of course, this is all about ideal food amount intake as well as physical activity during development;
i have been fapping for 5 years for 3 times a week. I'm 17M. Didnt get a growth spurt till now. I'm 5'7'' 171cm in India West Bengal.

Did fapping reduce my height or I'm just thinking too much?
