Dude start mma, thats a sick build for it. You make some goated friends at the mma gym aswell. You're not disproportionate btw. If you feel like you're fat my friend i suggest starting to work out and build some muscle, makes you better physically and mentally ❤️

Thanks, for now im gonna eat more since im at peak growth velocity then ill stop being a fatcel
if your youg don't strave yourself it'll stop you from growing since it fucks yours hormones and stops your body from having essential nutrients

I used to be borderlie obese, i was 5'9 77kg but i lost the 10kg, i go to the gym but i have gained barely any muscle since i did hours worth of treadmill every day in the gym, and i dont like ffighting im nto a violent person and i also dont want to get hit, and most of all im a pussy

yeah no im eating normally now but i was on a 1k kcal deficit for a month like 3 months ago

Ah I see then, make yourself a workout routine, I suggest doing 2 sets for each exercise since low volume is most optimal for muscle growth. However, you have to try things out yourself since its different for everyone
