In this video you can see a bodybuilder measure the weight and height of different fitness personas:
All of them except one manlet thought they were taller than they were.
For example, Simeon Panda( famous BBC fitness model) claims 6'1 but that's his height in shoes, mind you those were some thick airmax type of shoes which means he's probably no more than 5'11.5-75.
Craig Gollias, a mentally ill freak that's on more gear than 5 IFBB pros , barely measured 6'2 IN SHOES while claiming 6'3.
Even tall guys exaggerated their height(6'5 dude was 6'4 in shoes and 6'4 was 6'3 in shoes).
What the fuck is up with americans overestimating their height by so much? Is it because of the "muh 6 foot" meme or is it something else?
