Anastrozole Dosing and Timing

I've got my hands on some pharma-grade Arimidex and I'm really not sure what dose I should use and how frequently to use it, here's what I think I should run, I'm open to advice:

0.25mg eod

I've seen people say it's meant to be dosed every 3 days so I'm just confused and the threads that discuss it just don't explain it well enough

My e2 is at about 50pg/ml and I'm looking to get it to about 15pg/ml
