On the one hand, jelqing seems to be supported by more evidence and multiple testimonials, but cases of blood vessel damage and erectile dysfunction seem to be fairly widespread
On the other hand, the Angion method claims that jelqing (and other traditional PE techniques in general) are dangerous, and is supposed to give exceptional erection quality, plus decent gains (mostly 0.5 inches in girth and length). However, some people criticize this method, saying that it only increases the quality of the erection at best and doesn't give any gains.
if you wanted to make gains, which one would you choose? I personally think for the moment that Angion (if it works) would be safer and more beneficial in a long term approach cause the EQ gains, than Jelqing which has been show before to potentially lower erectile cells density in the penis in a previous thread.
