I wonder if it’s achievable. Most before and after pics I’ve seen on google or my surgeon’a PC are nothing special: those looksmaxers are high tier normies at best post surgery.

As for myself the biggest failos are recessed chin and facial bloat. But I wonder if fixing these 2 problems would give me the required harmony to become chad.
