You CAN'T take anything that has no side effects and every time you touch your HPTA axis you're pretty much playing with fire and hoping you don't get burnt.

SARMs are weak and have better results on women rather than on males, let alone suppression that will fuck you up with every compound (and feeling "fine" does not mean being fine, I'm pretty sure most of the users won't take bloods too)

You're asking every week for a quick fix to a problem that does NOT have a quick fix.

Also HGH and all other peptides are less strong than you think, they're better at preventing muscle catabolism rather than favoriting anabolism.

I can't use anything androgenic, I used LGD-4033 and I started getting blood clots. Something with my familys genetics. My dad got really bad blood clots and almost died from test.

I gained 20lbs lean muscle (25lbs in total, 5 were water) from 5mg LGD, then lost 5 pounds inevitably as that's what happens post cycle, gained it back easily over the following couple of weeks.
Ostarine is okay, low water retention, decent muscle gain, but best utilised while cutting. There are more sides (anecdotally) from osta than even RAD. If you do it, have an AI on hand. If not, go MK677 if you're too scared, you'll gain some serious mass, maybe 5x more than natural but even with high protein, your muscle:fat ratio will be like 2-2.5:1, whereas from experience, LGD is like 20:1 with zero sides except shrunken balls from week 2 to 4 weeks post cycle.

IMO dont touch anyhing supressive unless you are past your teens.

MK-677 boosts HGH production. contrary to popular belief raising HGH isint as anabolic as people make it up to be, look up the research, its all water. but its fantastic for preventing muscle catabolism when cutting. MK-677 makes you very hungry which makes it hard to cut with though. you can dose it before sleeping which makes it a little more tolerable since you will sleep through the hunger
GW-50156 pretty much makes you a cardio machine, perfect for cutting.
Both are thrown in the SARMs category for simplicity and commercial reasons but they are not SARMs
MK-2886 is a SARMs but its so mild its impossible for it to shut you down in low doses. dont expect to get huge on it though, but it sure is better than nothing.

Proviron is very very very midly anabolic so dont expect to build muscle with it but its amazing for giving a hard grainy look, bodybuilders use it before shows. dont bother with it unless you are already like 10% bf or you wont see shit.

simple stimulants like caffeine are great for boosting gym performance which will in turn build more muscle.
