Any place I can find chewing before and afters

I have falim gum and was considering chewing for an hour a day, but people on the chissel site legit all look worse in the after pic, they all have asymmetry and bloated cheeks, and these are the results they're choosing to show.

You can t.
That s the problem with jawmaxxing.
Not one single before and after pick which is not frauded in some way or another.
Either they lost body fat or had surgeries or different lighting, angles.
Oh, or puberty. If you start chewing at 15 and your before it as 21 then how do i know if you owe your progress to chewing or puberty.
