Fish oil is a nessecisty to control lipids if you're on gear

Its one of the best ROI supplements you can take

Magnesium glycinate before bed is also a good part of any sleepmaxxing routine.

Most people don't get enough magnesium.

Both are pretty cheap too

Make sure you're getting enough EPA/DHA per serving of fish oil

This will help w accutane and test sides.

These are two I would recommend generally.

I would also say if you're on test check your blood pressure and look into Telmisartan.

Vitamine D3+K2 in drops , magnesium glycinate, omega 3 (epa+dha should be 1000+ together minimum) and zinc I think. You don't need vitamine D3 though if you get enough sunlight but if you're in europe you most of the time do.
