Any type of diet fixed your skin issues (mainly talking about acne/rozacea) forever or changed your skin significantly? ive tried a lot....

ive been low carb(veggies and fruits only) and you could say high protein+ high fat whole food diet for a long time yet ......it DIDNT work.....
nothing works for me.....people understimate just how much GENETICS matter in terms of skin....like everything else 🤦‍♂️

PS: alcohol COMPLETELY nukes my skin.....like i looked 10 years older when i had my 1 month of "drinking everyday" legit shit :feelskek:

well i had always great skin (Never had acne not even during puberty) eating traditional brazilian diet. Bread, butter, eggs, cheese, fruits in the breakfast. Snack was coconut water, biscuit, milk, fruit, honey, bread, cheese, butter, pass grape, damascus, açai or other. Lunch is the biggest meal so its rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, some meat/fish/chicken, olive oil and some other stuff like potatoes. Dinner was basically a lunch smaller.

Now that i live alone and eat like shit my skin started to get worst so i believe environment is very important.

Acne dissappeared from consuming less than 20 g of carbs per day. Even 50 is mostly fine if it's from milk or fruit.

Acne is mostly genetic. If your parents had it, so will you.

no youre just irritable all the time , you should stay in a place for 30 minutes alone and you know u cant focus on carnivore cos it wont give u energy

Idk much food that can help as long as you're eating healthy I would say drinking water matters more for your skin
 
Stop eating bread.
Bread is the same as milk. Its only healthy when fermented, sourdough, cheese, cultured butter, cream, kefir

carnivore alone is not that good and keto is also a meme for fat old people.....im talking high protein + mid saturated fats= lean meat + animal fat+ greens (and some fruits), which is actually how humans ate for 99% of their existence

the retards on youtube that got sick on carnivore and then the soy vegans that apparently "won" and somehow "disproved" carnivore were eating ONLY LEAN meat, basically NO fiber(digestion) and close to 0 FAT (hormone production) ...............ofc you get sick :feelskek: 🤦‍♂️

Eat healthy. Beef liver, eggs, raw milk, salmon, little bits of rice and salad, some fruits.

I did IF too it took a toll on me done it for 2 years first 5 months you feel good cos you arent stuffing yourself anymore/lack of endotoxings but after that you get worse. I had terrible breakouts on it.
 
diet did not work i found when i am on a diet my skin get worse because i stress too much. i just chill and relax and i have no more acne.
 
if ur growth plates are already closed, hop on accutane, 5-6 months and ur skin is flawless

I have shit skin etc nothing will change no matter what i do.I just try to not eat that much junk food because my face breaks when i do that.

You have liver issue -- cholestasis, which is causing toxic bile to leak into your blood.

Need soluble fiber to bind the bile, otherwise 95% of it along with toxins (fat soluble) get reabsorbed. Also need to eat very low vitamin A diet, as vitamin A causes cholestasis in the first place.
 
No, I've tried every diet for extended periods of time, ultra elimination diets and such. Nothing changes the way my skin looks. The thing that worked best for my skin was ivermectin, sulfacetamide cleanser, and metronidazole gel.
