Anyone else experience this?

As a kid I used to cry over the idea of “death” so much especially my familys I was very scared that they would die somehow maybe by old age, sickness or a car accident and I didnt want to be left alone.

I also remember picking up a kitchen knife and contemplating to stab myself and my parents (they were asleep). Even if I killed them what would I do with their bodies? Would I have to kill my brother and sister aswell? Thoughts overwhelmed and sorrowed me so I just dropped the knife and went back to sleep

its so weird right how can u get scared of them dying and then do crazy shit like that. Def was a bit of a nutcase but I didnt do anything in the end and nobody knows it
