Anyone knows if nose tip thinning works?

I have a bulbous nose tip that also retardedly splits to the sides and I would look a lot better if it was smaller + better jaw. It looks especially bad when i smile/laugh, pisses me so bad. I came across this thread

stating that using topical corticosteroid with some other things can make the tip slimmer/smaller because of thinning the skin, similarly to accutane. However I didn't find more people making threads about trying it, even though it seems like a very good softmaxx. So is it legit and should i try it?

Unironically, just take a scalpel and go nuts on the cartilage, as far as I know there is no important nerves or arteries at the nose-tip.

Well there's Retin A in the stack, it's supposed to kinda balance the strong corticosteroid

yea it works but the sides from the steroids wont be worth it

Do you think just tretinoin could make the nose smaller after some time when applied only there? I read about that aswell

Tretinoin made my nose smaller

shotout to the user who found these studies i used accutane/tretinoin and now my nose is smaller + shiny as fuck i already noticed but my mom commented "what happened to your nose? i remember you having a bigger nose" ( i only meet with her every 2 months)...
