The media played them up to be big baddies. White supremacists on American soil. This all culminated in Charlottesville and lead to a mass political freak out. Everyone was shocked and “shaking” in tears like fearful bitches.
Antifa started getting big and were doing crazy shit. It was chaos, the media were blaming trump and the republicans ofc as usual. Now, what happened?
The alt right movement is beyond dead. I’ve not heard of any figure from that movement for months, Richard spencer has gone dark. All the guys who were bombastic and out in the open are in hiding rn
Me reading storm front made me realize all this. the site is trash. No intellectual points, no arguments, just repeated fear mongering and racial bluepill such as “oh there’s no white privilege at all!” Or the regurgitated “we need to secure a future for our white children!”

I always knew the alt right movement was a massive joke anyway, they never seemed to be very serious. It looks like they latched onto trumps win and ran with it for as long as they could. Eventually they ran out of steam and crashed. It is what it is
