Buccal fat removal allows to make face more tapered. It rarely leads to profound hollowing that models have. However, with age, the hollowing gets worse, as the facial fat (skin fat and other fat compartments) leaves, and many many people regret their buccal fat removal operations.

Most women care about social media, like men. The problem is: in the photoshoot, the more gaunt you are, the better - easier to have good shots. But as soon as they step into broad daylight, or do videos, their faces do not look as appealing anymore.
