Are my eyes saveable surgically or is it just over for them

Used to think maybe Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair was the answer, but recent reality checks have made me realize the limits of it. Don't have much scleral show so it will probably be extremely limited in what it can do. My PFL isn't too horrid at around 28mm give or take half an mm, but the sheer amount of height to my eyes is absurd. I don't really know what I can do to fix this and stop having subhuman round eyes. Would it be possible to perhaps convince a surgeon to perform upper eyelid retraction repair at the same time, so that my upper lid also rests lower? I feel like getting more UEE would be worth such a thing, but all the results I've seen of UERR seem more severe so maybe no surgeons would agree.

I think the issue is ur eye shape and that ur lower lid is too rounded of a curve

IMG 8370

Like Lauren de graaf has really flat lower lid then curve ups slightly to meet upper lid at lateral canthus

Obv she has more canthal tilt n should cuz she’s female but good example of shape

I don’t even think ur eyes look bad at all tbh

Kinda look like Jack edu’s eye

Not smt to worry abt imo

the eyebrows massively hurt ur eye area. Idk if fixing them somehow could happen tho. Maybe an eyebrow transplant to create a straight more low set line and plucking the rest or moving them into that position, if its even possible idk. Then maybe the llrr would look better

Yea it's mostly just the super positive tilt on them, makes them look kind of owl-like. After seeing this I got the idea to shave off the small downwards part at the ends

Went a little conservative for now. I wonder if I could use botox to drop the outer half of the brow and make it appear more straight overall, I've heard of some people doing that though I'm not sure how legit it really is

Something along the lines of this (ignoring the fake negative hooding I'm creating with the pressure)

I have completely different eye issues, your’s look really good in my opinion, but potentially a fox eye lift would help. It should give you a better cantal tilt and like your eyebrows up a bit better. I’d recommend dying your eyebrows and using topical minoxidil to get them thicker tho. Take my opinion on the fox eye lift with a grain of salt tho.

Don’t chase sean o’pry hooding tier eyes, looks aspie as fuck. Go for an eye area that’s kinda more pleasant to look at.

the eye area is actually pretty fixable here. I made a mock-up and the main issue isn't only necessarily the lower lid, it's also the negative lateral brow/hood trajectory + weak framing around the outer supraorbital area.

The mock-up basically just does:
- better skin+colouring (softmax only cuck preach nothing else)
- thicker/darker brows
- straighter brow line, less downward tail
- more lashes
- less lateral hooding/negative tilt
- slightly more soft-tissue support around the outer supraorbital

And the difference is pretty big for such minor changes. The eye itself isn't the problem, the frame is cucking the eye

I'd first max the brows/lashes, then get an oculoplastic surgeon to determine whether the lateral hooding is actually brow ptosis vs upper-lid tissue vs volume deficiency. If it's soft tissue, a conservative lateral browpexy/brow lift or subtle volume work seems way more logical than randomly hardmaxxing the orbital bones.

The goal is just better eye-area harmony and a more masculine frame, not some exaggerated PSL hunter-eye caricature. The mock-up looks pretty natural IMO, which is usually a good sign

Lauren de Graafs eye area is not at great as it seems IMG 2452
Very bulging eyes, look at the round shape that’s visible underneath. Your pic is kinda cherry picked, she knows how to use her angles very well. All of her best pictures have her pointing chin down and looking up with her eyes to minimise this appearance, put little female hunter frauder. Good canthal tilt tho

Mirin effort brother, preciate this reply. This entire thread has basically turned into the eyebrowpill lmao, I really never noticed how much it could affect how it all looks I definitely did not want to go for a super omega masculine hunter eye gigachad look, it would fit very poorly with the rest of my face. So I appreciate your take on it here.

I wonder if it's possible to double down on minox, as I do take Oral Minox and it's not really boosting my eyebrows as much as it is the rest of my hair. Perhaps switching to or adding in topical in could help, but I'll just try using dye on it first and see if that's enough to make the brows seem thicker

Yeah it’s a giganormie fix that you need to apply appropriately. Still do evaluate soft tissue options with an oculoplastic surgeon, there’s some very subtle tweaks that can be made to evening out your drooping that will create more harmony

Oral min IS dose dependent, just increase your dose, or better yet space it out over the day for a more consistent presence in your bloodstream IMG 2454

What dose are you currently on? In my experience just adding more will help you. No need for the mess with topical. You can use some castor oil tho for simple nutritional benefits and as moisturizing agent to be able to brush it into shape.

Definitely do dye, just use something like a dark henna if you afraid of a chemical dye

having subhuman round eyes.
You're BDDed up to the hilt. Your eye shape is fair. If your eyes had a problem I'd say it's a "tail of the brow bone" and posterior zygomatic problem.

In my opinion this morph, these (bellow) orbits are more chadly, or less incelish,
Chadly brow

than orbits like these (bellow)
