Alright so for a 5-year consistent natural lifter, is a 100kg bench press (no straps or powerlifting meme arch), 140kg squat (full depth no belt knee sleeves), and 180kg deadlift conventional, (no belt, no straps, chalk or mix grip) good for a RPE of 5?

Or another question could be are those lifts good for working sets of up to 10 reps?

You should be bench press 300 pounds, squat 400 pounds and DL 500

Is those realistic 1 rep max's for a 5 yr trained natural lifter ?

Depends on your body type. Are you mesomorphic, endomorphic or ectomorphic. Most people are mixtures

You should stop lifting cause your frame is already good

i only do 385 raw tho unlike you who does 405 raw with only a rpe of 5 and my squat is 325 with a belt what are your real maxes?
Never tested my max, i only do working sets. My Bench press working set is 10 reps for 100kg, Squat 140kg for 6 reps, and 180kg deadlift for 7-9 reps (depends cuz i do no mix grip).

I want to lift because I love lifting for strength, I don't do it for bodybuilding purposes because it's vain. I find personal enjoyment and fulfillment in progressing in strength or just lifting weight I never could do.

your grip is strong asl damn nigga 405 for 9 reps without mixed grp or belt is impressive but damn imma guess your bench is 335 squat 405 and deadlift 525 with a belt chalk and mixed grip

Oh i see, I don't care about 1 rep max's usually but was interested in the realistic standards since my friend asked me to join a powerlifting meet comp.

but anyways yeah my grip is the strongest part of my body, I can crush a normal sized apple for reference (not fully but 50% of its surface area crushed seems good imo).
