Its a SSRI, basically it regulates your serotonin, and makes you calm and helps with depression and anxiety.

not really i just mindlessly supplement it because i have some but i dont notice any extreme changes

it’s not life changing by any means i just personally started taking them to minimize cortisol in regards to my hpa axis but never stopped
