autism getting worse

i swear it is literally impossible to make friends now. at the start of secondary school i was relatively popular and could make friends easily; after lockdown i was still doing okay but since 2021 i have spiralled.. i have lost pretty much all my friends except for two of them and i cannot talk to people at all without getting laughed at (i spoke to a guy at college the other day and he asked me if i even leave my house when i had no idea where his school and town were (apparently they were very close to my home town))

how is it that i am getting even more autistic??? i can’t even make friends online anymore because i just don’t know how to talk to people. i manage to say the worst possible things ever despite being more socially aware than most people…

are there meds that i can easily get my hands on to fix this??
