Rate my selfimproving Plan
Maybe inspiring for someone.
Its almost Impossible for me to do all , but im Sure when i follow all im a chad . And everybody else WHO do this.
This plan is for everyday
-Training muscle ( normal 3 Split + Neck harness exercise after ( do Neck curls If you dont have a harness) You need muscle for Sex Appeal and Respect of other men .
- Training cardio ( i do skip roping )
It improves your endurance , blood flow , calves , a nessecity for fighting
- Training Martial artes ( i do train in boxing bag )
Other men do challenge you , you need to be confident and ready to Fight for Ressources .
( You cant be a Pussy or other men gotta you Look Like a weak loser )
- Eyelid pulling ( i do this for less uppereyelid eyelid exposure )
- Bonesmash ( on zygos IT works Till next day)
- Streching ( better posture, maybe you get taller when youre still in puberty)
- mouth widening ( i need some MMS)
- applying minox and caster oil ( for denser eyebrows and better hairline
- use Stripes for whitening of theeth
- use dermaroller ( Same Like minox and caster oil )
- do penile exercises for better Performance and better blood flow
- read some Pages every day ( about Game , Psychology, etc everything that ist Practical)
- Take vitamines and Minerals (Vitamine d , boron , zinc, creatine etc )
