Most of the problems that could happen are... weird zygomatic shape (you can't really control how the liquid distributes), damage to veins or nerves (if you're not hyper-precise), having to target all the way down to your bones, and targeting strictly bone (nearly impossible, as the liquid will most certainly touch other things). it won't affect any other arfea besides the areas that come into contact with it.

I would suggest that you get implants unless you are capable of super surgeon precision, and capable of being hyper-consistent and flawless for 5 months straight.

Most of the problems that could happen are... weird zygomatic shape (you can't really control how the liquid distributes), damage to veins or nerves (if you're not hyper-precise), having to target all the way down to your bones, and targeting strictly bone (nearly impossible, as the liquid will most certainly touch other things). it won't affect any other arfea besides the areas that come into contact with it.

I would suggest that you get implants unless you are capable of super surgeon precision, and capable of being hyper-consistent and flawless for 5 months straight.

I mean, even then, you could still f up, because you can be precise but it's hard to control how the liquid distributes

sorry for bumping an old thread but isn't this completely wrong
IGFBPs are what inhibits free igf from to binding to receptors like igf-r1, the way lr3 avoids these proteins would actually be a huge benefit sort of like how low SBGH = higher free T as it's free to circulate through the bloodstream, and we know there is nothing that "directs nutrients" to the growth plates as the receptors there just "grab" from the bloodstream.
I don't think this thread was a good argument tbh. Even if you cherrypick the only beneficial igfbp, IGFBP-5, it only works on matrix production and is already secreted locally in the growth plates.

i think the best thing to do overall would be 0.1-0.15iu/kg HGH to keep all the necessary pathways then ramp igf with 20mcg LR3 3x/wk
