What do you think about the avoidance of soft foods such to try to improve the lower-third. I have theorized that one of the reasons why monkeys have such weak jaws are due to the fact that they eat so many bananas and not hard foods. More and more foods now days are made into soft food like they were meant for babies, and it is crucial for our jaws to chew hard foods.

It’s already proven that hard foods help to develop the face the proper way. I’ve always eaten a fairly hard diet and my lower third is pretty good but I also mewed. I’ve been chewing gum for a little while now and plan on doing a before/after in a month or two. Haven’t seen much change yet. But I don’t think you should completely avoid soft foods just incorporate a lot of meat into your diet.

Interesting theory.

Perhaps that is why Japanese girls have such perfect feminine faces.

Rice and noodles are very soft.

maybe look into the jawsersize thing

Jawsersize doesn’t really work the masseter and is more likely to lead to TMJ issues so it’s not worth the holla. Just use several pieces of mastic or falim gum and chew hard on both sides until you tire the jaw:

train your masseters too much and you will get a bloated chipmunk looking face.

I think most people have a decent looking jawline when they are low bodyfat.

chewing a little bit of gum should be good enough.

the gum should not be too hard because tmj and other jaw problems.
