The best metas in puberty and in life (healthmaxx survive and ascend):

circadian cicle max: basic.
raw egg yolks: anabolic. (at least 4 a day for optimal health being an adult) and
at least 20 in puberty)
meat: at least 500g day: nothing to say about it
butter: nice but a little expensive
beef tallow: meta (1l=5$) 100ml = 900kcal
+250 fat, in puberty:
Absolute meta (300+ if its possible).
Clean diet: basic
fruits in puberty= meta
aspirin
sex
a foid
raw honey
raw milk
raw colostrum
bacon
grounding
this is the BASIC meta base, before think pinning anything. (my 1 year ascencion below)
