OP needs to fix his eyesbrows tbh, they are way way too dense.

but why taban? at best I could see him getting some customized infraorbital implants with vertical augmentation. that will bring up his lower eyelid a little more and eliminate any dark circles/tear troughs.

If I can recall OP is turbomanlet so he needs LL to reach average height, but facially he is already above average, and tbh his face is more than enough to slay in Brazil

softmaxx should do the rest for your face: trim and shape your eyebrows, get a better haircut and start lifting cause your neck is looking thin compared to your new jaw, contacts would be good, get those realistic hand-painted ones

all you need now is LL tbh, once you reach normal height your pretty much settled

Could vary wildly. Depending on surgeon. You could have two surgeons doing the exact same movements, with a high cost differential due to: different countries, surgeon reputation/marketing, insurance coverage, etc. Not to mention hospital fees can wildly vary!

I don’t feel comfortable making an estimate, due to so many unknowns and variations in how surgeons choose to bill patients. For example, my prospective surgeon will be very expensive. I think I could get similar movements done with another surgeon, and it would be much cheaper. But my surgeons overall reputation makes me willing to spend (a lot) more. There are risks either way (financial, happiness with results, relapse, etc). It’s up to the individual to weigh those risks and make a decision.

But basing a cost estimate solely on good/poor results leaves too many unknowns. I’ve seen amazing results from non-expensive surgeons... and some not so great results from expensive surgeons. So you can’t come to a conclusion regarding quality using just a single anecdote.
