So fucking annoying to see my skeletons friends with 8-10% bf and being aesthethic since always and eating whenever they want and what they want meanwhile i have to starve myself to get to 10% bodyfat.

Don't worry they'll all end up skinnyfat with time.
 
It's more of an appetite problem rather than a metabolism one. Obviously if you naturally have the appetite to eat in a -500 caloric deficit, you can eat a big extra several times of the week. But if they keep the habit of eating garbage they'll just become skinny fat overtime
 
i was always skinny my whole life but never lean skinny i always had a lot of fat in my whole body even when i was like 50 kg brutal genetics lol
 
Metabolism is barely different in normal humans they just eat less throughout the day and when you see them eating a lot in one meal that’s probably 90% of their daily meal. Maybe it is difference in brain chemistry telling them their full earlier
