I drink green tea daily, gym daily, low carb low sodium low calories (2k cal max) clean diet as well as take daily probiotics and drink 2-4L of water daily. Ive considered trying out cream of tartar, losalt, or potassium supplements but have no seen a definitive answer on their effectiveness, any other things I can add to my routine to refrain from debloating?

Help me shit, low carb diets are hell bc it heavily restricts ur fiber intake so it counteracts that. Also probiotics over time can assist with clearer skin as well as other things. It doesnt directly reduce bloat but it increases gut health which helps in that aspect

check your estrogen levels

200 mg Vitamin E (flushes out sodium, inhibits estrogen) and 1 hour of steady state cardio for de-bloat

Cream of tartar legit or dandelion root
