From a 25.7 FFMI guy. Strength-train consistently, get enough protein etc. I prefer dumbbells and cable machine stuff but using machines are fine too. Most importantly, enjoy what you do. I personally see the gym as like an adult playground. And fix your username, it's cringe asf.
